Celebrity style

Kate Bosworth wearing a beautifully detailed Angel Sanchez dress, pairing it perfectly with a strappy sandal, a beautiful red lip and a...coke? haha but really, ensemble's good girl

Olga Kurylenko looks literally like an angel, that's all

Holy street style, Dakota Johnson just owning this whole look, overalls, check!flares, check!leather coat, check!

Emily Ratajowski is the only human who can pull off this look and she looks flawess

Maggie Gylenhaal is one of my favorite human beings, every color looks good on her, especially this Roland Mouret one shoulder, it pairs so good with the Proenza Schouler clutch

let me introduce you to the goddess that is Jourdan Dunn, who is this dress by? who cares, just stare

A double dose of Alexa looking fierce

Cara Delevigne wearing top to bottom Burberry..the things I would do for those boots

I love a Blazer over a cocktail dress, this gilded Antonio Berardi number fits her perfectly, I mean look at this woman, she has her own line of lingerie

this might be my favorite look of the week because it's something I would totally wear, it's simple but still stylish
yay Emily Blunt!

god, Margot Robbie, are you human? she looks like she came from shopping at chanel in 1968

Product Review; Juice Beauty clear complexion 4 piece starter kit

Hey!!
Having suffered with acne my teenage and adult life, I am constantly looking for products to prevent it, after months on  isotretinoin (accutane) I have finally and painfully come to a somewhat peaceful place with my complexion and I'll always be on the search to maintain that
I saw a you tuber-Hey Claire- mention this and since it was on birchbox and I had enough points, I decided to jump in
Long story short, I am very happy with the cleanser, it doesn't leave my extremely dry skin feeling parched or tight, the blemish cleanser is nice, I feel like it might really help oncoming zits disappear, the moisturizer I was not so crazy about, it was kind of sticky on my skin, but not on my hands, maybe it's just my skin type, I haven't used the mask enough times to tell if it works or if I like it or not, but I will certainly use it up and who knows, I might fall in love with it
I will definitely be repurchasing the cleanser and the blemish serum

If you're interested, this 4-piece is available on birchbox

Girl From the North Country

This weekend my very talented boyfriend played an acoustic set at Variety Records, our local record, store, if you're in the area you should really check it out, new and old releases,
it's also next to a local coffee shop that roasts it's beans, SO GOOD, but back to Chance, he played a 30 minute set, then his older brother played with him for about 20 minutes, they played originals and several covers beautifully

the saddest day of the summer, forecastle day 3

So, Sunday was our last full day in Louisville *sad face*
we slept in a little and lounged around our hotel room before entering the festival around 2
It was overwhelmingly hot, I started feeling a little woozy from the heat so naturally I suggested we go next door to Joe's Crab Shack for a drink and that and chugging a bottle of water along with the quick nap I took on a hill inside the festival made me feel like a new woman

after walking around the festival one last time and saying our last good byes, we caught the first band we were really excited to see for the night, Nickel Creek, they have rejoined on tour the last several months, y'all, they have been a band for 25 YEARS and they each look better than a lot of 25 year old's I know and sounded soooo good
We then ate a pizza dinner called the "David Bowie" it was spicy and delicious,we had to carb up for the brain explosion that was about to asume
said explosion was the man himself
BECK
there are too many words and quotes from this show, honestly top five shows I've ever seen in my whole life
he was charming, funny and danced a whole lot
he played ALL the hits and one of my personal faves, "Gamma Ray"
he manged to make "Two Turntables" last 20 minutes
it was one of the most upbeat and funnest shows I've ever seen
so without wording too much I'll just stop the Beck rave here and now

oh yeah, and that's not all,
in a dream world where anything is possible I would like to start a hashtag
#musiciansatwhitecastle

first installment, Jim James of My Morning Jacket enjoying some fast food
